I think it means you cant walk around the campground, its family friendly and peaceful there, theres no "tenters" and no raucous parties, LOL, but....im pretty sure you are free to do as you please at your own site! Hope that helps!!
Not sure, the campground it self is very family friendly and what you do at your site is pirvate unless you make it public. So drinking I think is up to you
