Parking at the lighthouse is restricted to seniors 65 and above, and those individuals with a disability. For distant views, you can park at or near the Misquamicut Club. There is a walkway to the beach that lies slightly northwest of the lighthouse. Note: After sunset, the tide comes in and there is about a foot of water in the parking lot immediately adjacent to the Misquamicut Club.
If you are 65 years old or older, or handicapped (with placard) you may drive down and park if you’re visiting the lighthouse and grounds, or fishing and passive stuff like that. Otherwise, you need to park wherever you can find a legal spot in/near Watch Hill village. Enjoy your visit. PICK UP YOUR TRASH😎
