Why does this store run out if carts often and cannot get staff to return them from the parking lot until they are completely out? Store is ran very poor. Only worse WalMart ever seen is Dorothy Lane Wal-Mart!

Because of the area and ty had clientele the store has difficulty getting hoid people to stay. They as the severely understaffed die to thd fact that no one wants to work there. Some of the people that do work there have an attitude that says you can't fire me because you can't get anyone else to work here. Plus Walmart has a bad rap about the pay and treatment of their people that is not totally justified.
