Had appointment 9/8/22 window 3/5 pm same day, waited 2.5 hours no show, called, text And emailed with no response, thanks for wasting my valuable time! Pathetic customer service, how about I send you a bill for my wasted time! NEVER AGAIN

Hey Safelite AutoGlass your tech Lucas wouldn’t install a windshield in my 19 Yukon since it has aftermarket wheels that are the exact same overall diameter as the factory size. So thank you so much for absolutely wasting my time hopefully Erie Insurance will get smart and use a company that actually wants to do the job.

Scheduled a glass repair onsite and was given a specific date and time window when the work would be done. Got a reminder text on the date of service with a time that was an hour earlier than we had scheduled. Willing to give a pass on that. The technician then texted his arrival time would be even earlier. I could be flexible, so another pass. The technician then called to tell me that he couldn't do the repair onsite due to the type of window my vehicle has, so I would have to schedule an appointment at their shop. Now I'm getting aggravated - they should have known that when they looked up my vehicle to figure out what I needed. Scheduled the appointment anyway. The day of the appointment, got an automated text reminder stating the time as 30 minutes earlier that they told me on the phone. I could not get to their location at the earlier time, so showed up at the time they had given me on the phone. Was told that they could not serve me because I was 30 minutes late and would have to reschedule. I did not reschedule with them, will not do business with this location again, would not recommend them to anyone. Perhaps this is not representative of all Safelite locations, but the customer service at this one in Dayton, OH was deplorable.

I had a small issue as well and so I just stopped by and they fixed it right away
Just call them.. Their work is guaranteed against defects and workmanship issues.. Definitely sounds like a defect in material..

Call them. I have used the internet as well. They dealt with insurance and I paid nothing.
Not sure of the exact hours but you need to call for an appointment.
