It is not free you, pay per person. There are different aspects that are age-appropriate for different kids, for instance gathering of the clues maybe fun for 10 year olds. Some of the solving of the clues and riddles may take some math or critical thinking so this would be better for teenagers.
No, it's not free. You pay per person for each one who will participate. You may find prices on their website or call ahead to confirm. It is downtown Tampa, so you may have to pay for parking nearby or at a parking meter. Also, the games involve deciphering clues and using reasoning that may be complex etc., so it is advisable that you bring kids at an age compatible with that and would understand the clues and the method of the game....I would say 10 and older.
It's a business and the fees are great considering it's a fun, exciting source of entertainment. Personally, I wouldn't take anyone under the age of 12. There's a lot of deductive reasoning and you might need the entire hour to escape.
