If you have a ticket of the Big Bus Tour just present that at the info counter and they will give you a free coupon sheet. I don't know if there are other ways to get it, maybe, but in my case that was all I needed.

You don't need the coupon book. You can show them coupons in the outlet web site through you mobile phone. Maybe you should make an account of the web site.
