Allow about an hour.

45 minutes - 1 hour.

Ride to airport takes 15-20 minutes from lot so 45 minutes should be plenty

I would add an extra hour, just to be on the safe side. Preflight has shuttles regularly driving around the lot, but they are also picking up fellow passengers.
