Easy in and out getting to Logan. Shuttles are frequently running and drivers are quite professional. I knew once I saw the flight crew waiting with me at the pick up spot that this is the way to go when flying from Boston.

I’ve been a customer here for over 6 years now, using them about 2-3 times a week. Their post-Covid recovery has been ATROCIOUS. 5-7 minute wait time?!? A complete joke now. On average I wait 15 minutes or more, both going to the airport and coming back to the parking lot. Often the busses are so full, you have to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes for the next bus to come around! By talking to the drivers, there is no question they are just being exceptionally cheap by not hiring more drivers and not paying them a fair wage. I’ve never seen the parking lot so full. The demand is high, and I’m sure profits are high, and the greed is even higher. They need more drivers, more busses, and more frequency. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because most of the drivers seem to care about their job, but they apparently are getting NO help from their bosses and/or owners. If you have any other means of parking, avoid this location at all costs, or give yourself PLENTY of spare time to get to the airport because this service is SO unreliable. EDIT: Changing to 1-star. They are the worst. 2 weeks in a row, in the middle of a HEAT WAVE, and they are operating at least one bus (possibly more as I didn’t write down the bus numbers)… where the bus was over 100 degrees inside because the air conditioner is BROKEN but they are forcing their drivers and passengers to endure the SWELTERING heat with no reprieve. The tiny little windows at the top of the bus do nothing to ventilate to control the temperatures. The driver even said they tried to swap busses but for some reason they weren’t allowed to. I’m sure there’s a labor/criminal/abuse claim in here somewhere if the driver wanted to press charges. Stay away from here if you have the choice. Unfortunately, I do not.

If im not mistaken It's 15.95 a day if parking for more than 10 days, but they do not have a set monthly rate
1-2 miles. Even at peak hours its only about 15 min to terminal E.
There are different rates for length of parking. I think its about $20 for a day. The longer you park, the less per day. Its less than the airport, and more secure than the airport. Its the only lot I use.
Allow about an hour.
Shuttle every 5 minutes...pick you up at your car. 5 minute drive to Logan
Shuttle. They pick you up right where you park. 10-15 minute ride to your terminal.
Parking lot to terminal. Outside terminal for return to parking lot. Short trip each way. (10-15 min)
They will pick you up exactly where they dropped you off. It differs from terminal to terminal.
