I just asked this question just now. Last year on my birthday July 5th it was 2 for 1 goblets but you had to but an app which was half price so it was a good deal.
It doesn't list it on the website or the menu.. I've actually never seen them host happy hours... Perhaps it's a managerial decision or something they will add someday.
