Foxboro ,Massachusetts location does have a great section with not only 2 buck chucks, they've got name brand liquors at nice prices

Unfortunately no. The sale of wine and beer in Rhode Island is limited to liquor stores only. However Trader Joe's in nearby Massachusetts do sell liquor. Good luck
