Came BK just b4 my shift around 10:45pm. Surprised to be met with a pleasant greeting & employees with good energy so late in the night. Kudos.. True definition of great customer service. The guy taking the orders was awesome! Window lady was dope too! Had to share the experience. Peace & love ✌🏾🤟🏾

Just went through the drive through 20 minutes before closing. I had to drive up to the window to order my food because I'd been sitting at the speaker for ten minutes. Lady took my order, charged my card, and disappeared for another ten minutes. I finally just gave up and drove away. I want my money back BK Lounge.

Hunter and tyler on night shift refused to take my mobil coupons. Yelling at me and bad customer service. Don't deserve there job. Manager even didn't care when i called.
