just do a Google search for red beam garage. Go to their website. There is a section directly on their website to make reservations. You need to obviously use a credit card. But it's very easy to do.

No need as if u get there u drive in and when you get back it when u pay @kiosk. If not open spot(highly doubtful) then there are 2 other garages. But u may be able to on their website.
