I believe Jet Blue does, but they have been having a raft of problems as of late.

Southwest and Frontier have nonstops to Tampa. It's possible they bumped you because it was overbooked or something. Or maybe there's certain days they don't do that flight.

Not too many nonstop flights for anywhere distant from TF Green, in my experience.
