No, but I've never had trouble getting a seat. It's not the usual server setting. You order at the counter and the servers just bring your drinks. Tables turn over very quickly there.
No they do not. Its more of a bar atmosphere. There are tables too and they turn over pretty quickly. They do take out as well.
