I am a prime member and make dozens of purchases each year. I have requested that all delivers are made to my back porch in the driveway, but the deliveries are made by dropping boxes and packages over my front yard fence with two golden retriever puppies in the yard. The dogs are friendly but the packages are chewed open and the items damaged. I've made several complaints but still have he same problem.

We have NEVER had an issue with the amazon drivers that come to our home until this last Monday. After work I stopped at our mailbox to check the mail and found a package that Amazon had dropped off. The issue is that I found the package sitting on the pile of snow on the side of the road next to the mailbox! My boyfriend never even received notification that it was received or a picture showing where it was dropped off. He looked on Amazon at the order and it said delivered by Amazon and that they left it with a receptionist at the front desk!!! What receptionist?! And what front desk?! It's not a business, it's a home! He driveway was cleared so there wasn't an issue with them driving to the house! Thankfully we received the package but how many times has this been done to other customers and had to get in contact with the seller for a refund (because the driver left the package on the side of the road to be stolen) when it wasn't neither fault. I'm very dissapointed!
