Yes you can get outside, which is covered. They also have live music outside at night. Lots of fun.

Yes, you can sit on the porch of indecision. It's a covered open air porch with live music sometimes. Great spot for people watching or waiting out the rain. The lone palm airport across from it also has outdoor seating, but a limited menu. I'm also not sure lone palm is doing table service at this time, so you might have to order from the bar there.

Yes...there's a Margaritaville bar right across from the restaurant (you'll see the plane).
