Customer service is very poor . Seems like Hyatt is not training stuff well . Shame ! Breakfast was great but the service pull it right down for me . Room service food was not bad but served in a take away box not like proper Hotels do . Quality plates, silverware drinks on a trolley .

Had a 5hr layover and required sustenance. Chose McCoy's. Very disappointed. My husband's food seemed to go well. I ordered the Avocado on multi-grain toast with 2 over medium eggs. Now, I have been fixing family meals for years. So I am pretty certain that the order of fried eggs goes thusly: over easy is barely fried with yolk and white runny, over medium is white thoroughly cooked with yolk runny, and over hard is with entire egg cooked solidly. I got the over easy presented as the over medium I had ordered. This would have been passable, but when I bit into the delightfully seasoned avocado toast, I found that the delicate flavors of the spread concealed the near-charcoal state of the bread. So the perfect service of the waitstaff and the wonder of the meal were utterly sabotaged by the inattention or indifference of the chef. I can only hope that this will be mended when next I come through, as a menu option such as this promises a delight to the tongue.

We were there on Sunday 5/22 and they were open for breakfast around 7:00. They then close and reopen at 11:00 for lunch. The other Hyatt restaurant was closed.

The restaurant has glass partitions separating each booth as well as contactless menu's. One time use menu's are also available along with sanitized pens. To-Go options are also available to order from guest rooms as well as from the greeter stand. Restaurant staff wears approved PPE as well uses disinfectant on high touch surfaces upon each patron departure.
