You can ONLY smoke cigars that were purchased at the shop. Doing so is what makes it possible for everyone to enjoy one of the largest open cigar lounges in upstate New York!

Perspective from a regular; Im pretty sure that since they sell cigars and other tobacco products (also coffee) at the establishment, that you should purchase an available cigar there to gain access to smoke inside. Not to sound rude, but this just really sounds kinda weird/off that a non-costumer expects to use the amenities and not buy anything there. Its like making your own sandwich at home, then driving to McDonald's to eat there. I dont think they would stop you if you went through with this... idea (this is assumed but idk), because yes you can openly smoke there, but you'd more than likely get weird looks from customers and staff if you just waltz in and lit up a smoke. Or if you want a good half way point, buy a reasonablely priced cigar there and smoke, you still paid, and theres no time limit to lounge about (except open and closing times) so why not? TL;DR : I wouldn't do it buddy, its weird.

What I meant really is bringing my own cigar and just buy drinks there. The reason is because I'm coming from out of town and will be having some Cubans with me that I want to smoke.

You can bring your own smoke. But as Allison said you should buy from there. However if it was stuff you bought there, then no issues.
