Kids are welcome to join our boxing club as long as they're accompanied by a parent or guardian. Feel free to give the club a call to talk through boxing options for your child.
It is more of a cardio class..they have some kids clases every month and I don't know if they have a minimum age limit. Give them a call and if they say yes you have a free first class
Yes but this is not a boxing gym. There is no sparring but you will learn the fundamentals and get in to shape. If you personally train with one of the instructors it will advance your skills exponentially.
