Is there any restrictions on guests over 55 and how long they can stay with you? I.e can my brother and sister stay for a couple of months in the winter if I own a home there?

If they are over 18. And they become Florida residents they can stay forever how long they wish. They would have to make this a permanent address.

They can stay less than a year. Amenities are restricted to 30 days. They can use the 30 days 2x a week, 3x a week, or 30 days on a row.
