No dog park, but like somebody else said there is a dog park at Dean rd and Hwy 50 which is also Colonial Dr. Downey Park. You can Google the number and ask what the hours are.

No dog park at Bithlo. The closest one I can think of is Downey Park at 50 & Dean Rd

No pets are allowed. Its a park for people.
Never seen dogs in that Park.
Not that I recall. In fact I don't think pets are allowed in the park. Then again I don't have a dog.
