They have ECVs and Wheelchairs for rent. However the price is higher than if you call around and rent one from one of the many companies in the area. All of which deliver the vehicle to you.

For rent per day but i suggest renting from a company outside of Disney. Less expensive, just as reliable, selection of models. They deliver and pick up at front gate of any of the parks as well as other local businesses. Weekly or daily rentals. Disney ONLY does dailey $50-60 a day as of 3 wks ago.

When you enter the park from the main entrance the rental location is on the left, and when you enter from the International Gateway entrance it's also on the left beside the World Travelers store. They require a deposit and payment the deposit is about $20 and the rental fee is $50.
Yes they do. I used 1 just thus past Saturday. You rent them at guest service at the front or back of the park. You need ID, credit card. It's $70.00. You get $20 back when you return the scooter. Very easy to use.
