You gotta use the My Disney experience app for reservations at all restaurants
As of now everything is either on a wait list mean reservations or open on the weekend only. You have to book when you book your park reservations
Not sure. We couldn't get into most restaurants, at least the one that are still open. Only one we were able to get in was the one in Germany .
No package currently but most local Orlando restaurants are in the magical dining month and they currently have great deals!
