It all depends, we allocated about $100 a day just for dining. Regarding park passes, the price per day goes down the more days you buy.

We have taken my Daughter and husband and grandkids witch we done 6nights and seven days we done a package deal with meals and snacks and the wrist bands just for that was about little over 8 thousand that's 4 adults and two kids and we stayed in the park plenty of food and snacks didn't have to worry about anything loving it Great Job Disney!!!!!
If you're Floridian you can get discounts. You can pay monthly on yearly passes with a down payment. Ive also bought tickets on sites like Craigslist, but thats pretty much at your own risk.
