You are routed to the department of the option you select. If no one in that department answers you are rerouted to the receptionist. The receptionist returns voicemails that require an answer and dispatches messages when they pertain to a particular recruiter or employee. Customer service is of utmost importance and we do our best to respond in a timely manner.
