Yes there are. The best for you is to give them a call, or stop by, there is a bulletin board that people post the places for sale/rent etc so you could deal directly with the seller. So if I were you, take a day, visit the place, get to know the place and the people if you don't know it already. If you do enjoy the day and look around and see what is available, and ask at the office, they will be more than happy to help you out.
