I can tell you that they have always done a great job on my car. They kept my beetle on the road & running like new with 300,000+ miles. Danny the service writer is the best. He is always straight forward with you.
They are fairly competent at any repair you might need. I've been taking my car to them for 7 years, and 161,000 miles. My parents have been using them for 8 years. Everything has always been fixed without much trouble. Just ask for Danny at the service desk.
VW of Ocala has a great service department. Danny, our service writer, always keeps us informed every step of the way. The whole dealership is top notch.

I honestly have never had a water leak either but they are the number one rated service department for Volkswagen in the world. If I ever bought another car that wasn't Volkswagen biggest fear would be losing that service department
