Dear Sabrina Barnett, Our records indicate that you paid cash for the 2 nights that you stayed. It is our policy that cash paying customers provide a credit card for any incidentals as our Guest Service Representative explained to you at check in. We did bend our policy and only authorize $25.00 rather than the standard $50.00 to help accommodate you. The $25.00 is simply an authorization, not a charge. Authorizations typically take 10 business days to fall off. We have made a call to try to speed up the process, however, this process has more to do with your financial institutions policies than ours.
