We had to change rooms. The AC was not working and had a musty smell. The second room was fine. My wife commented on how clean it was. Breakfast was good.

My boyfriend, niece and I needed to rent a room for the night. As soon as we opened the door to the room you could smell a strong cigar smell. The window was open to air the room an the a/c was running. It also looked like one of the beds was laid in. We went back to the desk and ask for another room. We told the clerk what was wrong with the room. The clerk said that she was just in it to make a bed and didn't smell anything. They only had a king room available not a double. We needed the double. I ask for air freshener. Had to spray it until we went to bed an until we left. The microwave couldn't be used because something was burned in it. Breakfast was nasty. The eggs was not cooked all the way an the sausage patties you could tell they was microwaved. The blueberry muffin was old. It was dry. When we checked out they asked how the stay was. I gave the clerk back the air freshener and told her the issues and she went on to say what the prior guess had done. At least this clerk was honest. This experience was bad. This was the first time we stayed in a Comfort Inn. We usually stay in Hilton's or Wyndham's. They was sold out.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Also to coworkers.

The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the staff didn't make up for the rest. The jets in the tub didn't work, but they offered compensation for this. I heard the person above me stomping back and forth, all night, clearly showing the hotel is dated. You can hear everything. The TV is small, the remote looks like it is from the 80s,the bed is hard and the rooms need some serious love. Not sure I'd ever come back.
