I have been trying to reach dollar general on n combee rd lakeland fl for over an hour, no one answers and then it switches and says they are helping other customers and says try your call again later. What is wrong?

They are short handed..its hard for them to get to customers in store and phone at the same time !!Better to ride up there and see the cashier in person !!If there Not stocking or checking out customers there cleaning and sometimes its impossible for them to get to the phone ..

Probably short handed and nobody can get to the phone; I would just GO up there. It's Dollar General, not Wal-Mart...

Honestly would probably just half to go up there they rarley answer the phone
