It doesn't cost homeowners (with county ID) anything, up to a certain amount. Landscape businesses have to pay to drop yard waste and trimmings. You can bring used oil, old paint, exchange full sharps containers, appliances big and small, tires, recyclables and yard waste, pretty much everything, freely. They'll tell you at the entrance when you're getting close to your limit. Unfortunately I believe they don't accept electronics anymore. There's also a C.A.R.E. resale store onsite that accepts all donations of household goods and clothing, toys and working electronics. Proceeds benefit the victims of violence.
