Hello I am inquiring about the type of coins you buy. I haven't a collection but I have coins in my change jar that I was wondering if there was any of value. Do you look at coins like that to see if some are of value.

I don't think that these dealers do that sort of thing. I recommend you sort through the jar yourself. I recommend looking for 2017P pennies, any 2009 dated US coins, any 1982 or 1983 quarters and halves, and penny older than 1959, any 1964 or earlier dimes, quarters, or half dollars as they are 90% silver, any pre 1970 halves as they are 40% silver, 1981 and 1999 Susan B Anthony dollars, any error coins. That is just the beginning, I would recommend searching the internet for any other rare dates, or coins you might have.
