All lightsticks are non refundable. Before selling to each customer we inform you beforehand that lightsticks are non refundable. We also test each one to make sure they are in working condition. Once it leaves the store we are not responsible, we cannot be responsible if someone accidentally drops it or mishandles them. Plus, we cannot ship them back to the company in Korea, it would cost too much.

They have a lot of stuff large variety of merch of different groups, but i would say they have more of bts exo and got7 since theyre pretty popular lately, and yes half of the store has shelfs with a lot of albums to choose from, i recommend going UwU

Yes! Loads of BTS merchandise. From what I've seen, mostly every J-Hope merch sells out fast, so if you like Hobi a lot, you might want to check in every once in awhile.

Yes they have their albums and some posters and new tour merch. They don't come together though (album and poster) you have to buy them separately. The store will run promotions in the first week of releases that albums will come with a free poster but otherwise it's separate.
