There is tires on a car in the yard there and they are like brand new... Was wondering if they will sell the tires alone or if you have to buy the whole wheel?

You have to take the whole tire and then take the rims back and they'll refund you for them

You will have to get the whole wheel. Howeve, sometimes some third party guys are there on the yard, and they charger $, to get the tires of the wheels.
