If I could give negative stars I would. I didn't receive my entire order and when I drove 6 miles there, already waiting over an hour for an order I only received half of, I was told there's no supervisor on duty (hope ServSafe & the health department doesn't find out!). Then some server girl that I definitely wasn't talking to inserted herself to a conversation that was about to be over, as I was already directed to come in when a manager is there, not to help, but to actually escalate the situation and laugh at me. After contacting corporate, the manager called me back and, to be fair, was at least ACTING like she wanted to help, but still refusing a refund, stating it's not possible. At this point I don't want to give them any of my money & really don't want a remake. I brought the half of my order that I did receive to the store, so I essentially paid over $40 for nothing. If I took over $40 from someone and promised them something but didn't give it them, I would get in legal trouble. But I guess it's okay for businesses to do that to regular people.
