I just went to Google and typed in El Sombrero Portland and I had no trouble finding the site to see the menu. Their prices are reasonable and the food is good. Try Google and see if you just missed the menu page. Good luck
No Idea about to go orders, but worth a sit down meal. One of the best Mexican restaurants in Portland.
