Although the Orlando VA at Lake Nona is a smoke free campus, you can smoke in designated smoking area which is located on 4A of either the West or East garages.
Not inside the perimeter of the VA although on the fourth floor in the parking garage. Now I often see people smoking parking their cars and just before entering the building. Which btw is not allowed.
