Hi Mirza! To me is really expensive.... but the area is growing... well to give you a idea more or less depending in the area house or apartment, how big do you looking for....is 1,300 house 3 rooms 2 bath and 2car garage. My advice is to come first and check the areas and cost. Have a bless day.
