I have the same concerns about stopping towel service but keeping the same dues (or higher). I do, however, see the value to the environment of stopping towel service. I've seen people come in and take 4 to 5 towels. Do they do that at home?

Environmental impact? Just because towels aren't washed at the facility doesn't mean they aren't getting washed at home or elsewhere. It's not like if you stop offering a service people will stop using towels altogether. Sounds like a cop-out to have to avoid paying for personnel to wash and fold towels. I understand a business must operate on a budget; eliminating the washing and folding of towels is an easy way to save some overhead, but when do we draw the line?

I had a $100 charge to my account for a "yearly fee" to help with gym maintenance. No one told me I would have to pay that as I signed up for the gym 3 months ago. A bunch of slick talkers. Make sure you take a close look at your contract before you sign it.

Well I don't like the idea of not providing any towels ? I feel that I Iam paying for this service ? Nothing is for free ? Also I do know that there's a lot of people take advantage of this service and some people steal them I feel embarrassed seen the towels all over the floor and the bathrooms ?? People are pigs they don't care . But the problem is not the people it's the lobby personal .
