Why is there such a difference in the way the people that work at the Recycling Center on Baseline work during the week and the weekends? They are rude and do not help.

They weren't rude. They answered all our questions. Mostly they looked at their phones and just walked around. We went on Friday and Saturday. Easy in and out both days.
