We do offer Tai Chi! It's not a Silver Sneakers class but it is very gentle and accessible. Intro to Tai Chi is on Tuesdays at 11:30am. Tai Chi is also offered Thursdays at 11:30am. These classes are 50 minutes long. Our most current schedule is always at this link http://www.naplesfamilyfitness.com/schedule/ We also offer Silver Sneakers classes on Mondays at 11:30am (SilverSneakers TONE), Wednesdays at 11:30am (SIlverSneakers Cardio) and Fridays at 11:30am (SilverSneakers TONE).
They have silver sneaker programs. Not sure about tai chi but the website has all the classes offered
