No they dont have a splash park,and James grieve is a moron....splash mountain isnt in hollywood studios,its in magic kingdom.disney have typhoon lagoon and blizzard beach which are seperate(a short bus or taxi ride away from hollywood studios.

In there water area yes. But I never saw any in any of the other parks. BUT Splash Mountain ride will get you wet.
