How can I get to this park from epcot?

Between France and England, exit park, take either the boat (makes several stops) or walk along river (about 20 minute walk)

There should be a disney bus that will have a stop there

Walk out of Epcot via the International Gateway, across the Boardwalk, and down the path to the Studios. Boat service is also offered but makes 3 stops on the way.
