Krystal is open 24/7. Food is made to order. Talk to the manager if you're unhappy with the service. Breakfast is available 7a to 11a.
Calling & talking to the manager during the day is pretty useless.
The dining room is almost always locked after 10 when I've tried to go and the staff has been very rude lately.
This Krystal isn't open 24 hrs, at least not during the weekdays. Weekends, maybe, I'm not sure.
