Construction? What's going on there? Says the hwy 46 entrance is closed. On maps, seems that's the only entrance! Trying to go kayaking, figuring out how this works

It been closed for over a year now. There is a 2nd entrance by ladies landing. If your heading west towards mount dora it is the last right turn before you hit the wekiva bridge.

If they were to close the road I imagine it would be brief because so many live on it. I've never had any trouble getting in and always had plenty of parking.

We were there about a month ago and they had an opening to the road. If course there is lots of construction going on. I would hope that they didn't close the road. There are many homes back there so I figure that can't close that road down.
