This museum is so important for Sanford's history. Docent Karen helped me a lot. She is knowledgable, easy to understand, polite, and perfect in her job. I enjoyed my visit and learned a lot of things. The museum is free. You don’t have to buy a ticket. If you like, you can donate money. The museum is also very clean and well maintained. The employees thought of every little detail, and they made that museum perfect.

I was born in Sanford so I felt like I knew everything about it. Boy, was I wrong. Lots to see, read, and learn. I played baseball in Sanford for 10 years and they had extensive info on MLB players from Sanford. I really enjoyed the whole experience.

One of Sanfords best kept secrets! Casually walk through the displays showing all aspects of Sanford's history! Very helpful staff.
