Ive seen many gators in the water big & small and they often do lay up in the tall grass on waters edge so be on the lookout

I have seen people fishing. Is wise to when you have a 12 ft and 10 ft croc hiding out? Probably not. Don't believe me go stick your tail end in the water and let us know how that works out bud.
