How do their salads work, do they have a large table salad that everyone takes from? In the menu it just said unlimited salad but that doesn't help much, they don't have any salad items on the entree/appetizer menu)

Table gets a bowl and everyone takes from that. The big bowl is what will get refilled if you ask.
