I have a Louisiana Copper Plant losing its leaves. Is it supposed to do that or am I over-watering and causing that? I called earlier but couldn't think of the full name of the plant, but with help from Google identified it for sure.

Hi Larry! Are your plants in pots or in the ground? Either way, overwatering could definitely be causing the issue (as you and Awesome Blossom Plants both suspected). Make sure the soil is well-drained and is not staying soggy. If in a pot, check to make sure there is a drainage hole in the bottom and that it is not clogged. Let dry slightly between waterings (but not to the point of wilting). Hope this helps!
