Is this a good place for an 11 yr old girl and 13 yr old boy or is it really for older teens?

there are plenty of arcade games and there is like this mini theme park for all ages in the front with a Rollercoaster and other rides they both will definitely have fun there

We took an 8yr old last week and he had a blast
